James "Coach T" Thues serves as the Director of Jr. NBA/WNBA Las Vegas, NV. A native of Detroit, James has excelled in basketball at every level. A highly recruited point guard, James attended Syracuse University playing under the famed Jim Boeheim, where he is tied for their all-time steals in a season. After completing his collegiate career at University of Detroit Mercy, James played professionally in Italy, Denmark, and Sweden. With a passion for positively impacting youth and a genuine love of the game, Coach T, is excited to inspire the next generation of athletes.

Julia Alexander is the league coordinator for the Las Vegas Jr. NBA and WNBA 2022-23 leagues. Born and raised in The Bay Area, Ca, she played basketball at Archbishop Mitty High School and continued her career at Southern University at New Orleans in Louisiana as a Business major. She currently is the assistant head coach of the women's varsity basketball team at Amplus Academy in Las Vegas, NV. She is also the social media manager for Jam On It sports. with her amiable personality and passion for the sport, Julia is eager to assist and take part in this years league!
